Description

The Sail Loft to Point Hill, built around 1886 by Reginald Blomfield for his own use, is now a garage. This weatherboarded building sits on a brick plinth and features a hipped tiled roof with an external brick chimneystack. The rear elevation has four brick steps arranged sideways on a fixed wooden step ladder leading to a plank door. The front of the building includes a five-light casement window and double doors below.
