Description
Periteau House is an L-shaped house from the 18th century, featuring two storeys and an attic. It has three windows and two dormers on the south side, and five windows and two dormers on the west side. The exterior is constructed of red brick with alternating grey headers, and at the time of the survey, it was covered in Virginia creeper. The house has an eaves cornice and a hipped tiled roof. The glazing bars are intact. The entrance features a doorway with fluted pilasters, a pediment, a semi-circular fanlight, and a door made up of six fielded panels. The property also includes a cellar located under the garden.
