Description

The Well House is a residence, originally part of the larger Periteau House on Winchelsea's High Street. It dates to the 18th century. The building is two storeys high and has two windows. The southern half of the facade is constructed of red brick with grey headers, while the northern half is of stone rubble with tile hanging. The roof is tiled, and the windows are casement type.
