Description

No. 35 High Street, known as The Mint, features an 18th-century facade and stands two storeys tall with three windows. The building is constructed of painted brick and has a parapet. The original glazing bars are missing, and modern shop fronts have been installed. According to the Victoria County History, the interior includes a 16th-century moulded ceiling beam. Nos. 34 to 40, along with The Standard Inn, form a group.
