Description

This is a timber-framed house, likely dating from the 15th century. It is two storeys high with an attic, and originally had just one window. The first floor is faced with stucco and slightly overhangs, supported by a curved bracket. The ground floor is painted brick and features an 18th century or later bay window, now lacking its glazing bars. A modern dormer has been added to the roof. The house is part of a group of buildings that includes numbers 20 to 46 (even) and number 33, along with numbers 27 to 30 on Watchbell Street.
