Clematis Cottage and the Old Post Office is a building from the 18th century, located on the northwest side of The Street in Dallington. It has two storeys and features three windows. The exterior is constructed of red brick with alternating grey headers and includes a string course. A wooden modillion eaves cornice adds detail to the roof, which is half-hipped and tiled. The windows are casement style. Clematis Cottage has a doorway at the south end, which is topped with a flat hood supported by brackets.
