Description
Clematis Cottage, located in Obbards, is a building dated 1731, though it is likely older beneath its current facade. The structure has two storeys and an attic, featuring three windows and two gabled dormers. The exterior is constructed of alternating red brick and grey Waders, topped with a tiled roof. The windows are casement style, and there is one window-bay at the east end made entirely of red brick.
