One building, L-shaped. C19 exterior of traditional Sussex character to probably older building. 2 storeys. 4 windows. Ground floor red brick, above tile-hung. Tiled roof. Casement windows. The north wing has one gable and one gabled dormer. The west wing has a gable end. All the gables are of imitation timbering with plaster infilling. Included for group value.
