Description

Westovers is an L-shaped building located on London Road in Twineham. The north wing is a 15th-century timber-framed structure with plaster infilling and diagonal braces on the first floor, while the ground floor has been rebuilt in red brick. It features a Horsham slab roof with crown posts inside and has casement windows. The building is two storeys high and has three windows. An east-west wing was added at the south end in the early 19th century, designed with crow-stepped gables to match those of Hickstead Place. This wing is made of painted brick, has a Horsham slab roof, and features sash windows with glazing bars. It is also two storeys high and has two windows.
