Description

This is an 18th-century building on the corner of Church Street. It is three stories high, with two windows facing west and one facing south. The building is constructed of red brick, with a tiled roof, and the original glazing bars are missing from the windows. A 19th-century bay window has been added to the first floor. Modern shop fronts now occupy the ground floor. Buildings numbers 2 through 5, along with number 5A, St Peter’s Church, numbers 6 through 13, and Rimswell Cottage, form a group.
