Description
This is a mid-19th century cottage located on De La Warr Road in Old Town. It is a two-storey building, originally with one window facing south and three facing west. The walls are stuccoed, and the cottage has a gable end. The windows are casement windows, with the first-floor south-facing window featuring three segmental-headed lights. The building is listed for its contribution to the group value of Nos. 1 to 7 (odd) on the road.
