Description

This is an 18th-century cottage located on the east side of Main Street in Westbury. The cottage is constructed of rubble stone with timber lintels over the openings, and has a thatched roof with brick stacks at the gables. It is one-and-a-half storeys in height, with two bays. The central doorway has been replaced with a modern boarded door. A paired leaded casement window is located on the left-hand side, while a blocked door and a small single casement window are on the right. Matching paired casement windows are found on the first floor. This building possesses group value from contributing to the streetscape.
