Description
Smuggler's Cottage, West House, and No. 15 Pelham Road are three houses sharing one roof, built in the early to mid 19th century. The buildings are finished in stucco and topped with a tile roof that features five dormers. They have a continuous modillion cornice and stand two storeys tall, with rendered chimney stacks. There are seven windows with flat arches and sash frames. No. 15 has clapboard on the side and features a five-light wooden oriel window with a canted hood and glazing bars. West House includes shutter hooks, while Smuggler's Cottage has later shutters and clapboard on the first floor. The ground floor of Smuggler's Cottage has two double windows, and there is a pedimented doorway with a four-panel door.
