Description

4-6 Pleasant Row is a former row of three 18th century cottages that have been combined into one building. The front is covered with modern replacement weatherboarding, while the original weatherboarding remains at the rear. The building has a tiled roof with a half-hipped end and stands three storeys tall, featuring three windows across its width. The original sash windows have been replaced with small casements, and number 4 includes a modern flat-roofed dormer. On the ground floor, modern cafe fronts extend out in front of the building. This property is included for its group value with the adjacent buildings numbered 1 to 6.
