Nos 94 and 96 on Fairlight Road are an early 19th-century pair of cottages. They are two storeys tall, with a painted brick ground floor and tile-hung upper storey. The cottages have a tiled roof with gable ends. The first floor features sash windows with glazing bars, while the ground floor has two-light casement windows.
