Description
Nos 28 and 30 on Knight Street are an early to mid-19th century pair of adjoining cottages. They are constructed of red brick and feature a low-pitched pantile roof with coped gable ends, rising to two storeys. The front has four widely spaced windows, which are sash windows with glazing bars set in exposed casings, and the ground floor windows have stone lintels above them. Each cottage has a central flush-panel door. There are brick chimney stacks located at each end and in the center of the building. Additionally, there is a single-storey outbuilding at each end of the cottages.
