Description

The Cottage, located at the corner of Granville Road, is a 19th-century former village school. It features cobbled surfaces and a slated roof with one dormer. The building is single-storey with three windows, which have flat arches and lead glazing bars. The casements are set within yellow brick rusticated architraves, and there is a yellow brick label above the two main windows and the door. The structure also has rusticated quoins and a single-storey annexe to the left, along with a wooden bargeboard.
