Description

The Warden's House, located in the grounds of Eastbourne College, is likely from the 19th century. It features an L-shaped design and is constructed with cobbles. The building has two storeys and a window arrangement of three to one. Three of the windows are gabled and have brick rusticated architraves, while one window is flat-arched. The corners of the building are accentuated with brick quoins, and it has a tiled roof. On the ground floor, there are three French windows, each with hoods supported by brackets. A tall brick chimney completes the structure.
