Description

There are two chest tombs located in the churchyard of St Nicholas, approximately 3 metres south of the church. These tombs are listed as grade II and date from the 18th century. The nearest tomb, which belongs to Thomas Webb, was constructed around 1751, while the other tomb, for Elizabeth Simonds, dates to around 1762. Both tombs feature a brick base with stone capping.
