Description

No. 12 Milton Road is a late 18th-century house that has been converted into offices for an auction room located behind it. The building is constructed of brick and features a tiled, gabled roof. It stands two storeys high with flanking chimneys and has dentilled eaves. The front of the house is symmetrical with three bays, and on the first floor, there are two-light leaded casement windows. The central entrance door is topped with a pedimented hood, and there are 19th-century sash windows on either side.
