Description

The Elms is a house dating circa 1840. It is constructed of brick, with a hipped slate roof. The house is square in plan and has a symmetrical design. It features a three-bay front with sash windows containing glazing bars. The central entrance is a 6-panelled door with a rectangular fanlight, sheltered by a 19th-century lattice and post porch. Original symmetrical chimneys with their original pots are present.
