Description

This is a circa 1830 row of two-storey stock brick buildings, numbered 26 to 32 on the north side of Victoria Street. The buildings have a block parapet with coping along the top. Each building has one window on the first floor, with one blind window at the center. The first-floor windows are glazing bar sashes. The ground floor of number 26 has a similar sash window; the other ground-floor windows originally housed shops and now have small windows with two or three lights, set within pilaster frames and topped with entablatures. The buildings are included on the list for their group value, as numbers 26 to 32 form a group with the listed buildings on the south side of Victoria Street.
