Description

These stables, now used for storage, date from the late 17th century and were altered in the 19th century. They are constructed of English bond brick and feature an old tiled gabled roof. The building has a rectangular plan and is one and a half storeys high.

On the east front, there is a central plank stable door with a 2-pane overlight above it. To either side of the door are wide plank doors, and at each end, there is a 2-light casement window. All these elements are set under segmental brick arches. Above the central door, there is a clock set in a circular brick opening.
