Description

This is a circa 1850 block of three houses, numbered 1 to 3, located on the east side of Trinity Place and the corner with Spinners Walk. The building is constructed of stock brick with a rendered dentil cornice and a blocking course at the top. Number 1 has a three-window return front with sash windows featuring vertical glazing bars. It boasts a round-headed doorway recessed for one order, containing a four-panel flush door and a semi-circular fanlight. The front facing Trinity Place has a tripartite window with a cambered arch on the first floor and a canted bay window on the ground floor. Houses 2 and 3 feature cambered arched tripartite windows with sashes and narrow single sashes over round-headed doorways. The building is listed for group value and forms a group with numbers 2 to 6 (even) on Spinners Walk.
