Description

Nos 78 to 80 on Peascod Street is a two-storey building dating from around 1780 to 1800. The first floor is rendered above modern shop fronts. It features a double band cornice and a parapet with coping, topped by an old tile roof at the gable end. There are six windows on the first floor, three of which are blind, while the other three are 3 x 3 pane glazing bar sashes set in nearly flush frames. This building is included for its group interest alongside Nos 78 to 84, with Nos 86 and 87 also forming part of the group.
