Description

This building, dated circa 1830-40, is a two-story stock brick link or former rear wing of number 10 Clarence Road. It has a low slate roof. The first floor features a central three-by-four-pane sash window, with a two-by-four-pane window to the left and a casement window to the right. The ground floor windows have been altered, and a later, large double door has been installed on the left-hand side. The building is included on the list solely for group value, forming a group with numbers 2, 6 to 10 (even), and 10A, along with number 2 St Leonard’s Road.
