Description

Nos 1 and 2 Double Cottages are a pair of cottages built around 1840-1850, designed as one structure. They are two storeys tall and constructed of stock brick. The cottages feature a hipped slate roof with overhanging bracketed flat eaves. Each cottage has three windows, which are two-light iron casements with voided corners, chamfered reveals, and mullions. There are paired central doorways and a plain slate roof verandah. Additionally, the sides of the cottages have canted bays.
