Description

Goodwyn House is an early 19th century two-storey building on the north-west side of the High Street in Datchet. It is constructed of red brick with a hipped roof covered in old tiles. A brick dentil course runs along the eaves. The first floor has three double-hung sash windows, each without glazing bars. On the ground floor, a similar window is positioned on either side of a central door. The door is set within a doorcase featuring Tuscan columns, a frieze, and a pediment. A later brick extension with a parapet has been added to the left-hand side.
