Description

No. 30 Thames Street is a building dating from around 1900 to 1910. It features a twin-gabled front with finials and is constructed of painted brick and timber framing. The second floor includes canted bracketed bay windows with casement lights, while a moulded string course runs above the first floor stone mullioned windows. The ground floor has been altered.
