Description

Nos 117 and 117A on High Street are mid-18th century buildings constructed with red and grey stretchers and headers. They are two storeys tall with attics and feature three double-hung sash windows set in reveals, complete with sills and rubbed flat arches. The ground floor windows do not have glazing bars. The entrance has a cornice hood above a five-panel door, where one panel has been replaced by glass and two panels are flush. There are brick bands at the first floor and cornice level, a parapet, modern dormers, and a roof covered with Welsh slate.
