Description
Norden Farm House is an early 19th-century farmhouse that stands two storeys high. It features a small front and a deep square structure with a double flanking chimney. The building is constructed of red brick and has flat moulded eaves supported by pairs of cut wood brackets. The high-pitched roof is covered with 'Ton' slates arranged in diminishing courses and has gable parapets.
On the first floor, there are three windows, while the ground floor has two large windows, all of which are double-hung sashes with glazing bars. The entrance features a modern flush door set in an arched recess, topped by an arched radiating fan-light. This is framed by a bold Doric porch supported by two columns and wall pilasters, with an entablature that includes a block triglyph frieze and a flat moulded pediment.
