Description

Box Cottage is a cottage dating from the 17th and 18th centuries. It is constructed from brick and flint, featuring brick dressings and bands, and has a thatched roof. The building has a long rectangular plan and is one and a half storeys high, with a central chimney and an additional chimney on the west side. There are four eaves dormers, which are also thatched. The cottage has irregular timber casements on either side of two doors.
