Description
This is a cottage dating from the 16th and 17th centuries. It has timber-framed walls with painted brick infill, and a hipped thatched roof. The cottage follows a lobby entry plan, and is one-and-a-half storeys high. The timber frame is composed of two long panels and one short panel, with a chimney positioned off-centre to the north. The west elevation features a two-light casement window on the left, and two to the right of the glazed entrance door. There is one eaves dormer on either side of the chimney, with the thatch swept around the casements and over the C20 porch.
