Description

This is an 18th and 19th century house located on Charnham Street. It has a hipped tiled roof and painted brickwork with dentil eaves. The main block is set at a right angle to the road and is three stories high, with two-story and single-story extensions. The front of the house has two vertically sliding sash windows with glazing bars and near-flush frames in the three-story portion; the window on the left is blocked on the ground floor. The two-story and single-story extensions have one sash window with glazing bars each. The return elevation has five windows, all vertically sliding sashes with glazing bars and rear-flush frames, with the two on the left being blocked. A central door is set in a plain surround and features a rectangular fanlight.
