Description

21 Charnham Street is a terraced house located on the north side of Charnham Street in Hungerford. It dates from the early 18th century but was altered in the early 19th century. The house features an old tiled roof and has a chimney on the right side. The brickwork consists of grey headers and red stretchers, with dressings and vertical bands flanking the windows, and dentil eaves. The building is two storeys tall with an attic and includes two gabled dormers. On the first floor, there are two three-light casement windows with iron-framed leaded lights beneath cambered heads. On the ground floor, there is one similar casement window to the left, and a central door that leads to a modern shop front extending over a single-storey extension on the right.
