Description

This is an early 17th century and 19th century house, originally timber-framed with brick infill and later partly brick-built. It has a half-hipped thatched roof. The house follows a two-bay lobby entry plan with a single-bay extension. It has one and a half storeys, with a three-light eaves dormer on the north-east elevation and central and end stacks.

The north-east elevation features a two-light casement window in each bay, with a dormer to the left of centre. A brick and tiled lean-to porch covers the central entry. The north-west elevation presents fully exposed timber framing, showing a queen-post truss, jowel posts, and straight braces. There is a three-light casement window between the queen posts and a two-light casement on the ground floor. All windows are 20th century metal casements.
