Description

The Three Swans Hotel is an 18th-century hotel that has been altered in the 20th century. It features a slate roof with one gabled dormer on the left and two ridge chimneys, and the exterior is finished in roughcast paint. The building has two storeys and an attic, with five glazing bar sash windows. On the ground floor, there are three 20th-century bow windows, which alternate with a wide recessed entrance door on the left and a carriage arch on the right. A plaque painted by the door indicates "To Oxford 26 Sarum 27." Inside, there is a re-set early 17th-century staircase and some panelling.
