Description
Bay Cottage is an 18th-century cottage located on Cold Ash Hill in Cold Ash. It is constructed of red brick with grey brick headers, and has a thatched roof with end stacks to the left and right. The cottage is one-and-a-half storeys in height, with two eyebrow dormers. It has two bays, and features three wooden casement windows with segmental heads. A 20th-century gabled porch sits in the centre. A later extension has been added to the rear and sides of the building. It is listed at group value for its significant contribution to the area.
