Description

Nos 72 and 73 on Bartholomew Street are an early to mid-19th century pair of houses, built before 1849. They are three storeys tall, each with one window. The houses have hipped slate roofs with projecting eaves and brick ridge stacks. The fronts are finished in stucco, featuring blind arched openings in the outer bays. Both houses have recessed architraved sash windows with glazing bars. The entrance to No 72 is located on the return side, while No 73 has a recessed architraved round-arched doorway that includes a fanlight and a panelled door.
