Description
No. 7 Bridge Street is a house that has been converted into a shop, dating from the late 18th century. It features a tiled roof with a 20th-century roof light and brick dentil eaves. The building is constructed of painted brick and forms an angle in the street. It has two storeys and an attic.
On the east front, there is one glazing bar sash window above a modified 19th-century shop front that includes pilasters, a fascia, and a cornice. The former door opening to the left has been turned into a display window. The west front has two glazing bar sash windows with nearly flush frames, along with a 20th-century shop front that matches the style of the east front, set at an angle to the main wall of the building, with a door to the left.
