Description
Place Manor Cottages are three cottages dated 1708, as indicated by the inscription on a stone above the central door. The cottages are constructed from red brick and flint, with red brick dressings and a plinth. They feature an old tile roof with end stacks, an off-centre ridge stack to the left, and five gabled eaves dormers that have 2-light casements. Of these, two on the left are leaded, and two on the right are tile hung. The cottages are 1 and a half storeys high.
On the ground floor, there are two 3-light casements from the 20th century to the left, two 2-light casements to the right, all with segmental relieving arches, and a central 3-light casement also with a segmental relieving arch. There is a four-panelled door located between the first and second windows from the left, and a 20th-century door with a segmental head between the third and fourth windows from the left. The entrance to No. 3 is located at the side.
