Description

7-12 Cromwell Place is an early to mid-19th century terrace, built before 1849. The building has two storeys, with one window on each floor. It features a hipped tile roof with brick ridge stacks. The exterior is constructed of red brick, complemented by a stucco plinth and a plain band at the first-floor cill. The recessed sash windows, which include glazing bars, are framed by stucco surrounds. The doorways also have stucco surrounds and boarded doors, with the entrance to No 7 located on the return.
