Description

Southampton Technical College is an 18th-century house featuring two parallel ranges. It has two storeys, attics, and a basement, constructed of brick with an old tiled roof that includes two dormers. The building has a parapet and a brick dentil cornice, along with a stringcourse and plinth. There are four sash windows and a doorcase that features an open pediment and a fanlight, with panelled reveals and four-panel doors. Access to the entrance is via four steps leading to the street.
