Description
This house on Shirley Road dates to around 1840 and was built in the Gothic Revival style. It is constructed of yellow brick and features three windows on each of its two floors. The central part of the facade projects slightly and is topped with a shallow gable decorated with ornamental bargeboards along the gable and eaves. The windows are sash windows with Gothic-style glazing. The side windows have dripmoulds, while the central window has a four-centred head. A closed-in porch is centrally located and features a four-centred outer opening, flanked by narrow pointed sash windows.
