Description
Christ Church was built between 1865 and 1866 by William White, with the spire completed in 1875. The church is constructed from Purbeck rubble and ashlar, featuring red brick hood moulding around the windows. It includes a nave with a clerestory, north and south chapels, and a south porch. The west tower has a broached spire. Inside, there is a wide chancel arch and three bay nave arcades, along with windows designed in a geometrical style.
