Description

No. 56 on High Street is a building dating from around 1890, designed in the Flemish style. It is faced with glazed ceramic tiles and features a roof that is concealed by an elaborate curved pediment. The building has a wide bracket eaves cornice and a three-light canted bay that extends through the first and second floors. The shop front has been modernized.
