The two-story building is constructed of red brick with a decorative band of vitreous brick at the first-floor level. It has a hipped tiled roof and flat eaves. The front elevation features five sash windows with stone sills, set in plain reveals. The central entrance is a half-glazed door with flush bottom panels, framed by a bold, reeded architrave surround and corner blocks, sheltered by a contemporary wooden porch featuring slender square columns, boarded sides, a plain frieze, and an open-moulded pediment with a solid tympanum. Four sash windows are also present on the side elevation.
