Description
1-3 Denzil Avenue is a building dating from around 1840. It stands three storeys tall and features a rendered exterior with a rusticated ground floor. The building has a moulded eaves cornice. Nos 1 and 3 are distinguished by Corinthian end pilasters, while No 2 has engaged floors and a more elaborate cornice. The front elevation includes three windows, primarily sash types, along with an inserted canted bay at No 1, which also has round-headed doorcases.
