Description

Excelsior House is an 18th-century building located on the south side of High Street in Colnbrook. It is constructed of red brick and features an old tile roof behind a parapet. The building is two storeys high, with the first floor showcasing three sash windows; the outer two windows are accompanied by narrow sidelights and have glazing bars. The ground floor has an altered 18th-century shop front on the left, which is framed by narrow pilasters at the corners and supports a dentil cornice. The entrance door includes a traceried fanlight, and there is one sash window with sidelights to the right.
