Description

Town Hill House is an 18th-century building of two storeys and two windows, situated on the north side of Church Street in Rotherfield. The ground floor is constructed of red brick, while the upper floor is tile-hung with brick cogging details between the tiles. The building has a dentil-detailed wooden eaves cornice and a tiled roof. Original glazing bars are preserved in the windows. The entrance features a doorway with a narrow rectangular fanlight, a flat hood, and a door composed of six fielded panels.
